24 Hour Helpline
If you become involved in a dispute and need to take legal advice or action then you can call the 24 hour helpline on 0845 766 0213 for advice.

Employment Disputes
Provides legal costs and expenses in defending civil proceedings.

Legal Defense
Provides legal costs and expenses for defense in respect of civil and criminal proceedings for both the policyholder and employees in the course of their employment.

Data Protection
Provides legal costs and expenses for representation and defense of proceedings brought under the Data Protection Act.

Contract Disputes
Provides legal costs and expenses to pursue and defend a dispute with a supplier or customer.

Tax, PAYE & VAT Protection
Provides legal costs, expenses and accountants fees to represent the policyholder in the event of an in-depth investigation by the Inland Revenue of HM Customs & Excise.

Property
Provides legal costs and expenses to pursue the policyholders legal rights to recover damages following injury or damage to property from a third party.

Licence Protection
Provides legal costs and expenses for actions brought against the policyholder to suspend, alter or revoke your licence.

Bodily Injury
Provides legal costs and expenses to pursue the policyholders right to recover damages following injury caused by a third party.

Attendance Expenses
Provides expenses in respect of any absence from work when attending any court, tribunal or arbitration hearing as a witness or a defendant at our request.

Please note that claims are subject to a limit of £50,000 per claim with no more than 2 claims in any one period of insurance. Reasonable prospects of successfully pursuing a claim must exist and all the above is subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy which are available on request.
